Extremely poorly managed program. Customer service is bad, after a bunch of prompts to get you NOT to speak to anyone, if you do, they routinely just stay quite on the line, in hopes you just hang up, because theybseem not to have answers to some technical questions. The Q&A section on settings for your account is abismal at best. Took 4 separate calls to get a subaccount working properly, no one could figure how to fix my issue. Bad service all around.
When you get a refund when you buy something bluebird holds your money for 7 to 11 days and they tell you that the merchant didn't send the money yet which is bogus do not go to this company go elsewhere I've been with them for over 8 /9 years The company is just getting worse and worse over the years still waiting will be moving forward to a better debit card company which is called providers and they are FDIC insured this company which is called bluebird is not FDIC insured means they no bank
Customer service talks over you and can't answer questions. Sent money to a friend and have no idea what happened to the money. False advertising that it is easy to manage your account.
So Bluebird is aware of the issue of credit being issued back to customers cards. I have a return from Target over 2 weeks ago still pending. Aware of issues accessing set aside account, aware of customers trying to use card for purchases and card declining despite having funds. This is definitely a company slowly going out of business.

I can not reach customer service to activate my new card by phone or email. Information ask you add your 15 card number my card has 16 numbers.
Wow, just WOW! Their customer service people are mean, arrogant and WILL hang-up on you. I got a card in the mail(advertising)but needed a new online bank anyways. The card had my name. the routing number & bank account, in the letter too. Gave it to my boss, activated card online thru the app; then it said "your new car will arrive, 2 wks"... Wait, what? Yep, 2 cards, 2 dif #s with my name. My boss sent the #s, payday was today, no money in account, tried to call BB 4x, 4 dif ppl & no answer!?
If I could give a negative review I would give it a negative five five because I can't seem to activate my bluebird Visa card I've been trying for 3 weeks and they keep telling me their computers down when the computer is not down and I go through all their questions and answer them when I try to get to talk to somebody because that's what I need help with they say the computers down and then when I purchase the zero to talk somebody hangs up on me I like my bluebird American Express card.
No more Google pay? Please tell me what do or fix this so I can use this in my games. Thank you.
